You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Your registration name and code will be included in this email. Just enter them in product's Purchase window, and restart the product, then your copy will become a full version.

Please send your check to our customer service in Germany or in the US. It is important that you make it payable to the correct recipient to avoid delays.

You will receive the check payment information along with the e-mail order confirmation following receipt of your order in our system.

If you would like to include your check in your order, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with the correct payment information for your country to avoid possible delays in processing your order.

Products to be delivered electronically are generally available for delivery immediately following receipt of payment, or within 48 hours. Physical shipments of products are initiated immediately following receipt of payment in most cases. Personal checks may be held for up to 10 business days for processing.

Please transfer the funds to one of our accounts in Germany, France, UK, or Finland depending on which account is most convenient for you. Thus, you may be able save on international wire transfer fees. Please confirm any fees with your bank so that the full amount is transferred to us.

You will receive the necessary bank account information along with the order confirmation sent by e-mail after our system receives your order.

We recommend that customers in the US and Canada pay by credit card or check to avoid the considerable expense and delays that may be incurred in transferring money to one of our European accounts.

Customers from Germany with online banking can transfer the funds directly during the online order process. Further information is provided in the order process. These orders are treated as credit card orders, and as such, products are delivered immediately after the order is entered in our system.

You can also send us cash by mail. As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on where to send the cash.

We accept debit cards from Switch and Solo (UK).
When you pay by debit card, your order will be processed immediately. Postal mail shipments are initiated immediately.
Products available electronically are generally ready for download immediately.

Once you click "Place Your Order" you will be provided with information for making your payment using PayPal. By clicking on the "Buy Now" button on that page, you will be directed to the PayPal website to make your payment.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to make use of this option. PayPal will also allow you to pay using a credit card. Payment must be submitted within 24 hours, or your order will be cancelled.

Lost Registration Code Policy

If you register and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an e-mail us with a registration code or if you are reformatted your hard drive and cannot find your registration code, simply e-mail and we will send your registration code. (Please include your Order# and as much order information as possible, as it will be easier to locate your order in the database. Please contact us at sales@mini-stream.net.
